If your team has purchased Proton PIM, you will be able to access your team's instance using our PIM URL and your Proton credentials. Access is controlled by user permissions to ensure the right teams can manage and approve product data.
If you have not purchase Proton PIM and would be interested, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Accessing Proton PIM
To access Proton PIM:

Go to Proton’s PIM URL (pim.proton.ai)

Sign in with your email credentials.

You’ll land on your PIM dashboard, where you can view your product catalog, review enrichment jobs, and manage uploads.
User Permissions & Roles
Access to Proton PIM is permission-based. Depending on your role, you may be able to:

Upload and enrich products

Review and approve enriched data

Edit product attributes

Export product data

Manage schema or attributes (admin users)
If you need additional access, contact your Proton admin or Customer Success Manager.
What You’ll See When You Log In
When you first access Proton PIM, you’ll typically see:

Dashboard / Jobs – Track active and completed enrichment jobs

Review Queue – Review enriched products awaiting approval

Catalog – Your approved, finalized product records

Import / Upload tools – Add new products individually or in bulk
This layout is designed to guide users through the product enrichment workflow from upload to approval.
