Filtering The Accounts Table
Filters, located on the left-hand side of the Accounts Table, help you easily find accounts based on various criteria such as spending patterns, contact history, order history, and more. By applying filters, you can prioritize your outreach efforts and focus on accounts most likely to convert.
You can use quick filters like "no contact in the last 30 days" or "no orders in the last 90 days" to filter the accounts table accordingly. To clear a filter you've set, click the "X" on the filter card or click "clear all." You can apply multiple filters by clicking the "+" next to any category.
Let's explore a few ways to use filters:
Example 1: Suppose you want to see every account that's spent more than $10,000 with your company but hasn't been contacted in 30 days. Apply a filter for 12-month spend greater than $10,000 and a filter for the last contact date more than 30 days ago. You now have a list of every account that matches your criteria.
Example 2: Imagine you want to see every "At Risk" customer who has viewed something online and has a Proton Score greater than 70. (Remember: the Proton Score ranks customers by revenue potential on a range from 0-100, with 100 being the highest-impact sales opportunity.) To do this, apply the "At Risk" status filter and a Proton Score filter of 70 or greater. Next, click the Viewed Online column in the Accounts Table, and you'll see a list of customers who match your criteria.
